2.4 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to hold a teo388 Account regardless of age or residency: employees of teo388, employees of any software or games provider contracted to teo388, and any immediate family member of such employees.
3.1 Registration Process. To access real-money services on the Platform you must complete the teo388 registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate and up to date. teo388 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you. You must notify teo388 promptly of any change to your registered details by contacting customer support.
3.3 One Account Policy. Each individual person may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, or via a different device or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these terms. teo388 will suspend all duplicate accounts, void all pending bets associated with those accounts, and forfeit any remaining balances.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. teo388 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings. 3.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or otherwise made available to any third party. Bets must be placed by the Account holder personally and may not be placed on behalf of another person.
4.1 KYC Requirement. teo388 is required under international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards to verify the identity of all members before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before allowing continued deposit activity. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, at the point of a first withdrawal request, or at any time teo388 considers it necessary.
4.2 Documents Required. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or SIM), proof of residential address in Indonesia dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence), and proof of the payment method used for deposits (a photograph or screenshot of the bank card or e-wallet account showing your name).
4.3 Processing Time. teo388 will use reasonable endeavours to complete KYC review within 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion. teo388 is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.
4.4 Refusal of Verification. If you are unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory KYC documentation, teo388 reserves the right to restrict your Account, suspend withdrawal functionality, and ultimately close your Account in accordance with Clause 13. In such cases, any real-money balance (net of bonuses) may be returned to the originating payment method subject to AML compliance review.
teo388 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja). All deposits are processed in IDR. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. teo388 does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which teo388 accepts no responsibility.
Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within the standard processing time of the relevant payment provider. teo388 accepts funds only from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned to the originating account.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. teo388 targets a processing time of 3–8 minutes for approved withdrawals; actual transfer times depend on your bank or e-wallet provider's receiving schedules. teo388 does not charge withdrawal fees.
Withdrawals will only be approved following satisfactory KYC verification (Clause 4). teo388 reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence checks to large withdrawal requests and to delay processing for up to 5 business days while such checks are conducted.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). teo388 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. No currency conversion is performed by teo388, and no conversion fee is charged.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. teo388 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 match weeks, Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and other Indonesian cultural occasions. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry window are stated on each promotion's dedicated terms page. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the automatic expiry of the bonus and any associated pending winnings.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. teo388 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and withdrawing a deposit immediately after triggering a bonus. teo388 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
6.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings. Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from a bonus is 10× the bonus amount. Any winnings above this cap will be removed from the balance at the point of withdrawal.
6.5 teo388 Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions. teo388 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any such change does not disadvantage players who have already accepted and are actively completing the promotion's wagering requirements.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets are subject to acceptance by teo388. teo388 reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Bets are not confirmed until acknowledged by the Platform and a bet reference number is issued.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant market or game interface and may vary by sport, competition, event, and time of day. teo388 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
7.3 Obvious Errors. teo388 reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds or game parameters that were published in error (palpable errors). This includes cases where odds were posted at clearly incorrect values due to a system or human error. In such cases, bets will be refunded at the original stake amount.
7.4 Sports Betting. All sports bets are governed by the specific sport and competition rules published in the teo388 Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets, voor bola (handicap) lines, and live in-play bets are subject to additional specific rules published within the relevant market.
7.5 Togel. Togel draws are conducted by independent third-party operators. Results are final upon publication by the relevant draw authority (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.). teo388 accepts no responsibility for delays or cancellations by the draw authority.

Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party service failures may temporarily affect Platform availability. teo388 will use reasonable endeavours to restore services promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits teo388's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13.1 Suspension by teo388. teo388 reserves the right to suspend your Account at any time without prior notice if it suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players. During suspension, you will not be able to log in, deposit, bet, or withdraw.
13.2 Termination by teo388. Following investigation of a suspended Account, teo388 may elect to permanently close the Account. Where closure results from a confirmed breach of these terms, teo388 reserves the right to void all pending bets and forfeit the Account balance. Where closure is for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any real-money balance (net of any void bonuses) will be returned to the originating payment method.
13.3 Closure by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting teo388 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 2 business days. Any real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC clearance and any applicable wagering requirements on outstanding bonuses.
teo388 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence issued by the applicable regulatory authority in the jurisdiction of incorporation. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and teo388 within 30 days shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the relevant international arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in Indonesia, to the extent those laws cannot be excluded by agreement.

Material changes will be notified to registered members via email to the address on file at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be published immediately without notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
